My gift is helping people and business' realize their potential. This is why culture and HOW we get things done is as important to me as WHAT we get done. Since we spend so much time at work, it better be a worth while experience for all of us. I take on the responsibility of leading that charge. I am a big believer of leading by example, being a good role model or to quote Ghandi, “be the change you want to see in the world.”

As a rule people do not like change. Growing up in start-ups, I am adept at embracing change and leading others to do the same.
